Article XV - Amendment and Revision Process
Amendments to these bylaws may be initially approved by two-thirds vote of the membership of the academic faculty present at a regular or special meeting, provided that the requirements of a quorum established in the Bylaws of the Keuka College Academic Faculty have been met and provided that such an amendment shall not be voted upon at the same meeting at which it is proposed. The Faculty Handbook should be reviewed at least every three years or when required by changes to federal and state law to maintain accurate faculty policy guidance. Subsequent and final approval of these bylaws rest with the Board of Trustees.
