Article III - Voting Rights and Attendance
SECTION 1
All members of the academic faulty, as defined above, are full members and have the right to vote.
SECTION 2
Members of the administrative staff, professors emeriti, and other teaching personnel, with the exception of teaching assistants, may also attend faculty meetings but they do not have the right to vote and will not be considered part of the voting quorum.
SECTION 3
Others may be invited to attend at the discretion of the presiding officer, provost, or president, but do not have the right to vote. Invitation and attendance of personnel not identified in Sections 1 and 2 should be announced prior to the meeting by placing notice on the faculty meeting agenda.
