Article I - Purpose
The name of this organization shall be the Keuka College Faculty. Its purpose shall be to provide instruction; to develop and provide initial approval of educational policies, academic programs, and the requirements for degrees; to be a recommending body with respect to other educational matters; to develop and provide initial approval of the standards for the guidance and supervision of students in their academic work; to increase the usefulness of and advance the standards, ideals, and welfare of the faculty; and to foster a sense of academic responsibility and achievement at Keuka College, subject to approval of the Board of Trustees.
