EDU-383 Collaborative Transition and Planning for Students with Disabilities
This course will provide candidates with the opportunity to understand transition planning from a variety of roles/planner, transition manager/specialist, student advocate and service coordinator. It will also make use of various local venues to provide the candidate with the opportunity to work as a job coach, or life skills coach. Additionally, the candidate will develop an understanding of person-centered planning, strength-based inventories and applications as they relate to IEPs, transition plans and IPPs.
