Program Evaluation/Degree Audit
Students should continuously review degree progress each semester by accessing the program evaluation tool on Web Advisor located on the KC Portal.
Students who transfer coursework from other colleges or resources must have official transcripts or official test-score documents sent to the registrar's office and validate planned transfer credit has been applied. Failure to submit an official transcripts following the completion of outside coursework will prevent prevent transfer credit to be applied.
If a substitution or waiver is necessary to complete a requirement, the student is required to ask their advisor for support to complete an Exception to Policy, requesting approval and prompting special encoding to update the program evaluation/degree audit to reflect how external credits should satisfy program requirements including the need for different assignment, substitution or waiver.
