Major Requirements
Complete all of the following:
Recommended for General Education, Integrative Studies: KC-301R intercultural Studies or KC-301J Leadership.
Recommended: A semester or short-term study abroad is strongly encouraged through advising.
Foreign Language Requirement
International Studies majors must take at least one semester of language studies (3-4 credits).
Complete one of the following or other foreign language:
Global Cultures
Choose 5 courses including at least two at the 300-level from the following:
Second Language Proficiency: Global Cultures Track students are additionally required to demonstrate proficiency in a second language by successfully completing two 100-level courses or one 200-level course or demonstrating equivalent knowledge through testing or other procedures as determined by appropriate faculty. Another option is to demonstrate basic knowledge of 2 or more languages (through two 100-level courses) (International Students may demonstrate proficiency in English if their primary language is not English.)
Electives
Complete 4 additional electives from the following with at least one course must be at the 300-level.

>Complete Major Requirements specific to each academic degree program.
>Complete one Field Period® for every 30 Keuka College credits.
>Achieve a minimum major GPA of 2.00 unless otherwise specified by the major.
>Achieve a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.00 unless otherwise specified by the major.
>Complete a minimum of 120 total credits.
>Complete Liberal Arts and Sciences (LAS) requirement: BS 60 LAS / BA 90 LAS
>The student is ultimately responsible for ensuring that all degree requirements are met satisfactorily.
