Universal Application Requirements
All applicants to Keuka College must submit the following materials for admission consideration:
- An online Application for Admission, either through Keuka College’s application or an authorized third-party source (e.g., Common App).
- A copy of their secondary school transcript, general equivalency diploma (GED), or Test Assessing Secondary Completion (TASC). Unofficial copies are accepted for admission evaluation, but students must submit an official and final copy prior to starting classes.
- Transfer applicants must provide official transcripts from all previously attended colleges and universities to be evaluated for admission.
In addition to the required materials, the Admissions Committee will also consider the following optional components:
- Letters of Recommendation
- Personal Statements or Essays
- Standardized Test Scores
If a first-time applicant’s secondary school transcript provides both a weighted and unweighted GPA, Keuka College will use whichever GPA is the highest to assess the applicant, provided the weighted GPA is on a 4.0 scale.
Some programs at Keuka College have additional requirements, which are outlined in subsequent sections.
Gradeless Secondary Schools
First-time applicants who attend a secondary school that does not provide letter or point-based grades must submit a comprehensive portfolio of their secondary school academic achievements. The portfolio will be holistically evaluated for admission and merit scholarship opportunities by a committee consisting of, at minimum, an admission’s official and a faculty member appointed by the Office of the Provost and Vice President for Academic Affairs.
