Pre-Tax Premium Plan
The College offers a pre-tax premium plan. Employees may take advantage of this plan as it allows employees to pay for certain insurance benefits on a pre-tax basis. Employees who enroll in the College’s group health, dental, or vision insurance programs will be automatically enrolled in the pre-tax premium plan but may opt-out of the plan by contacting the third-party benefit administrator.
