OCC-343 Psychopathology and Occupation

An integrated theory and evidence based practice course examining occupational therapy psychosocial treatment approaches in a variety of settings. Areas explored will include clinical skills, social determinants, behavioral health systems. This course will also introduce techniques for prevention, remediation of occupation dysfunction, maintenance of competence, group processes, clinical program design and adaptations related to psychosocial dysfunction.
