OCC-300 Therapeutic Documentation
This course provides occupational therapy students with essential skills and knowledge to effectively document client care and meet professional standards. This includes an overview for future occupational therapists on medical record documentation requirements and professional, responsible documentation strategies. The course will cover therapeutic requirements in various practice settings, reimbursement systems, funding and appeals mechanisms, and treatment/diagnosis codes that affect occupational therapy.
