Article VIII: Amendment Process

This Constitution may be amended by a two-thirds vote of the membership of the Academic Faculty present at a regular or special meeting, provided that the requirements for a quorum established in Article VI Section 1a of the Constitution of the Faculty of Keuka College have been met and provided that such an amendment shall not be voted upon at the same meeting at which it is proposed.
