Article V: Meetings
Section 1. The Presiding Officer shall ensure regular and orderly meetings at least twice each term of the academic year.
Section 2. Special meetings shall be called at any time by the Presiding Officer at the request of the President of the College, the Provost and Vice President for Academic Affairs, any standing committee of the Academic Faculty, or written petition of any ten members of the Academic Faculty. The Presiding Officer is required to convene the special Faculty meeting within one week under such circumstances.
