If an employee believes that this policy is being, or has been violated, they must report the suspected violation to their supervisor, Department and/or Division Head, The Office of Human Resources, or the President as soon as possible.  The College will promptly, thoroughly, and fairly investigate suspected violations of this policy and take remedial action, including disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment, if it has found that a violation of this policy has occurred. The College will not retaliate against any employee that in good faith reports alleged violations of this policy, or that opposes a discriminatory practice.
