Employment At-Will
Although we hope that your employment relationship with us will be long term, most employees, other than those who have been granted continuous tenure, are at-will employees, and the College may terminate your employment at any time, for any reason, with or without notice. Similarly, you may terminate your employment at any time, for any reason, with or without cause or notice. Any employment agreement or deviation from any policy reported in this Handbook shall not be effective unless reduced to a writing that is signed by the President.
