Keuka College Award Programs

Students apply for Keuka College financial assistance by completing a FAFSA (or renewal FAFSA), and a NYS TAP Application (for New York state residents). After all eligibility requirements have been met, funds are credited (one payment per semester/per term, unless otherwise indicated) to the student’s account. Additional application information and criteria specific to each program are listed below. Keuka College grants/scholarships are only available for your first four years of undergraduate study (maximum of 8 semesters). All Keuka College scholarships are for traditional undergraduate admissions and based on full-time status. There is a 20% reduction in scholarships and grants if students forgo the residency requirement and are labeled as commuter students. Keuka College grants/scholarships are awarded based on the eligibility criteria met at the time of admission and do not change from year to year. Eligibility criteria is based on the time of admission and are not recalculated after matriculation.

Board of Trustees Scholarship

Offered to high school seniors, this is a competitive scholarship program based on academic achievement. Recipients are typically higher than the top 1/3 of their class. Scholarships are renewable for up to four years of undergraduate study. Recipients must be full-time, maintain satisfactory academic progress, reside in on-campus housing, and be on the College meal plan for renewal. Scholarship is not based on financial need. New students will need a 4.0 grade point average to be eligible.

President's Scholarship

Offered to high school seniors who have strong academic records. Scholarships are renewable for up to four years of undergraduate study provided the student is full-time status, satisfactory academic progress, continues to reside in on-campus housing, and remains on the College meal plan. Scholarship is not based on financial need. New students will need a 3.5-3.9 grade point average to be eligible.

Dean's Scholarship

Offered to high school seniors who have a grade point average of 3.0-3.4.  Scholarships are renewable for up to four years of undergraduate study as long as the student maintains full-time status, satisfactory academic progress, continues to reside in on-campus housing, and remains on the College meal plan.

Green & Gold Scholars Award

Offered to high school seniors who have a grade point average of 2.5-2.9. Scholarships are renewable for up to four years of undergraduate study as long as the student maintains full-time status, satisfactory academic progress, continues to reside in on-campus housing, and remains on the College meal plan. 

Keuka College 911 Service Scholarship

For recipients of the World Trade Center Memorial Scholarship, the portion of tuition, room, and board not covered by that scholarship or other grants will be covered by the 911 Service Scholarship. For application information on the World Trade Center Scholarship, go to www.hesc.ny.gov to print an application, or call 1-800-NYS-HESC. Recipients must be full-time undergraduate students who are matriculated in an approved program in New York State.

International Scholarship

Scholarships may be awarded to international students accepted to the College who are not eligible to apply for federal or state aid. This scholarship is awarded based on a tiered rating system for an academic year.

Keuka College Family Award

Scholarships awarded to members of the same immediate family attending Keuka College at the same time (both must be attending full-time). Renewable for up to four years of undergraduate study. Recipients must be full time, maintain satisfactory academic progress, reside in on-campus housing, and remain on the College meal plan to continue to receive the full amount of the scholarship.

Keuka College Urban League of Rochester Scholarship

Five scholarships will be made available to students who are enrolled in the Black Scholars/ Early Recognition program. Renewable for up to four years of undergraduate study. Student must maintain satisfactory academic progress, live in on-campus housing, use the College meal plan, and remain in full-time status to continue to receive the full amount of the scholarship each year.

Transfer Achievement Award

A merit scholarship is available to transfer students who have a cumulative GPA of 3.5+ upon entrance to Keuka College. This scholarship is guaranteed for up to four years of undergraduate study provided the student is full-time and maintains satisfactory academic progress.

Transfer Scholarship

A merit scholarship is available to transfer students who have a cumulative GPA of 3.25 to 3.499 upon entrance to Keuka College. Students who do not meet the 3.0 guideline may be eligible to receive funds under this award based on both academic achievement and financial need. This scholarship is guaranteed for up to four years of undergraduate study provided the student is full- time, maintains satisfactory academic progress, lives in on-campus housing, and is on the College meal plan.

Transfer Acorn Scholarship

A merit scholarship is available to transfer students who have a cumulative GPA of 3.0 to 3.24 upon entrance to Keuka College. This scholarship is guaranteed for up to four years of undergraduate study provided the student is full-time, maintains satisfactory academic progress, lives in on-campus housing, and is on the College meal plan.

Phi Theta Kappa Scholarship

An academic scholarship for traditional undergraduate transfer students. This scholarship is renewable if the student remains in good academic standing and maintains full- time status. Applicant must be a current member of Phi Theta Kappa and provide proof of membership at the time of application to be eligible.

Keuka College Alumni Grant

Grant given to students who have demonstrated financial need. Recipients must be full time, maintain satisfactory academic progress, reside in on-campus housing, be on the College meal plan, and continue to demonstrate financial need to receive the full amount of the scholarship.
