Study Abroad
Keuka College offers personalized Study Abroad programs, fostering cross-cultural learning with a foreign university. Study Abroad provides participants many benefits:

- Cultural excursions take your learning outside of the classroom for real-world application and impact
STUDY ABROAD POLICIES AND PROCEDURES
Requirements for a Study Abroad Program include:
- Sophomore standing or higher (minimum of 24 credits completed).
- Cumulative GPA of 2.5 or higher.
- Students must be in good academic and disciplinary standing.
- Students must plan Study Abroad into the course registration process (recommendation is 2 semesters prior to departure).
The Provost's Office manages Study Abroad process at Keuka College, in collaboration with college administration, academic advisors, the offices of Student Accounts, Financial Aid, and the Registrar’s Office.
Students must complete:
- Application for Permission to Study Abroad and Information Release Form
- Code of Conduct Agreement and Release for Study Abroad Academic Programs
- Host Institution Application materials
- All completed and finalized paperwork must be submitted to the Provost's Office
Once accepted into your Study Abroad program, complete and submit:
- Approval for Non-Keuka College Coursework (with the support of your faculty advisor). This form will be shared with the Registrar’s Office so you can be appropriately registered for your semester abroad.
- Student Medical Release and Parental Statement Form
- Emergency Contact Information Sheet
Students interested in international study should begin by contacting their faculty advisor then the Provost's Office. They will (a) help you research and select a quality program suited to your academic needs and interests; (b) guide you throughout the application process (e.g., course selection, financial aid, and orientation); and (c) help you secure institutional approval to study abroad. Please note: Students enrolled in programs of study approved for credit by Keuka College are considered enrolled at Keuka College for Title IV financial aid purposes.
