College Record 2024-2025

Consortia Registration

Acadeum / LCMC Consortia

Keuka College is a member of the Acadeum and LCMC consortia partners. In order to be eligible to take courses in either consortia, students must meet the following criteria:

  • This course is required by the student's degree program and is not offered in the term that the student wishes to take the course
  • The student may not have an active account hold.
  • Approval from the Registrar's Office, the student’s advisor and relevant Division Chair(s) is required.
  • Because space is limited, enrollment is not guaranteed.

Students must submit a Non-Keuka Coursework form with the appropriate signatures to the Registrar’s Office. The Registrar’s Office will initiate registration and grade submission on behalf of the student. Students will be able to see the registered coursework on their schedule in KC Self-Service. The credit will be applied as institutional credit, and the grade will be calculated into the student’s cumulative GPA. The academic and administrative policies, deadlines, and procedures of the teaching institution govern students. Keuka College will not intervene in grade disputes in cases where a student is dissatisfied with the final grade issued by the teaching institution. Students should speak with their advisor to determine if this is a good option for their degree plan.

Acadeum Enrollment

Courses offered through Acadeum may only be taken in January/Summer terms. To register, students must submit a Non-Keuka Coursework form with the appropriate signatures and submit the completed form to the Registrar’s Office. Students will be billed through Keuka College at the online per credit hour tuition rate. Students should contact the Financial Aid Office about possible funding options.

LCMC Enrollment

LCMC courses may only be taken in Fall/Spring semesters and may be counted toward the student’s full-time load. Students interested in the LCMC courses must declare the corresponding minor by submitting a Change of Academic Program form with the appropriate signatures to the Registrar’s Office. Once the student has declared the minor, they will be registered for the appropriate coursework by the Registrar’s Office.
For consortia courses, all standard course overload fees and tuition rates apply. Textbooks for consortia courses are not included in the tuition and fees. For more information on how to enroll, please contact the Registrar’s Office.
