Diploma and Transcripts

The student’s legal name will be printed on their transcript. The student’s legal first name will be printed on their diploma unless otherwise specified. If a student wishes to have their first or middle name appear differently from their legal name on their diploma, they must inform the Registrar’s Office 30 days prior to degree conferral. In all cases, the legal last name will be printed on the diploma. Legal name changes can be submitted to the Registrar's Office through a Change of Name form, accompanied by legal documentation of the name change.

Duplicate diploma requests can be submitted through the Registrar's Office website. Official transcripts can be obtained through the National Student Clearinghouse at getmytranscript.com. 

Students must pay all College fees and other charges incurred at Keuka College to receive their diploma.
