CHM-310 General Biochemistry †
A survey of the structures and functions of the major groups of biologically important macromolecules (proteins, nucleic acids, lipids and carbohydrates), as well as their metabolism and regulation. The laboratory provides experience with common experimental procedures and emphasizes techniques for protein and DNA analysis.
