Article II: Membership
Section 1. Membership of the Academic Faculty shall consist of the President of the College, the Provost and Vice President for Academic Affairs, and personnel having the rank of Professor, Associate Professor, Assistant Professor, or Instructor.
Section 2. Membership is attained and retained by virtue of a contract to fulfill, or continuous fulfillment of, at least fifty percent commitment to routine academic activity.
Section 3. Within the terms of annual contract letters, all persons who are members of the Faculty at the time of the adoption of this Constitution shall continue to enjoy Faculty status.
