Article III: Voting Rights and Attendance
Section 1. All members of the Academic Faculty, as defined above, are full members and have the right to vote.
Section 2. Members of the Administrative Staff, Professors Emeriti, Teaching Assistants, Lecturers, and other teaching personnel may also attend Faculty meetings, but do not have the right to vote.
Section 3. Others may be invited to attend at the discretion of the Presiding Officer, but do not have the vote.
