Article X: Amendment Process
These Bylaws may be amended by a vote of two-thirds of the Academic Faculty present at a regular or special meeting, provided that the requirements for a quorum established in Article VI Section 1a of the Constitution of the Faculty of Keuka College have been met and provided that such an amendment shall not be voted upon at the same meeting at which it is proposed. All Bylaw amendments must be approved by the Board of Trustees. Bylaw changes should include sufficient and broad consultation with Faculty, with ultimate authority resting with the President and Board of Trustees.
