New Student Orientation
In order to promote a rapid and sound adjustment to its educational mission and values, Keuka College requires all newly matriculated students to participate in New Student Orientation.
The objectives of the New Student Orientation program are to:
• assess students’ academic and personal preparedness for college work;
• introduce the academic advising process;
• provide information regarding academic and personal concerns; and
• aid in the adjustment to campus social life.
When a student chooses Keuka College, family and/or spouses and College personnel also enter into an important partnership of wanting what is best for that student during his/her stay on campus. To this end, family and/or spouses of new students are strongly encouraged to attend orientation, as important information on academics and student services is covered.
