To be eligible for the MSW degree, students must:

  1. Have a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher,
  2. A grade of B or higher in all SWK courses,
  3. Complete a minimum of 900 hours of field practicum (400 hours in conjunction with SWK-527 & SWK-587; 500 hours in conjunction with SWK-629 & SWK-689),
  4. Complete a master thesis paper,
  5. Present their master thesis.

The student is ultimately responsible for ensuring that all degree requirements are met satisfactorily.
