Applied Health and Wellness
The Division of Applied Health and Wellness is the interdisciplinary home of programs in occupational therapy, community health and wellness, and health sciences.
The Division of Applied Health and Wellness Studies empowers Keuka College students to make informed decisions and inspires them to pursue life-long wellness. Through the study of health and wellness, students will also acquire the knowledge necessary to help others achieve constructive health behaviors and enhanced functional capacities.
Our programs combine studies in health, wellness, and the liberal arts to help students develop skills that are an important foundation for lifelong learning and service to others. Our academic programs provide excellent classroom and hands-on experiences that equip graduates for entry-level employment and/or graduate study in disciplines associated with health, wellness, and rehabilitation.
Student learning is enhanced through direct engagement during hands-on laboratory experiences, supervised Field Period experiences, research experiences, and service-learning opportunities both on campus and in the community.
