Student Government

The Keuka College Student Senate includes all students and is governed by a student-elected Senate and officers. Members are elected to represent residence halls and commuting students, class years, online students, student-athletes, and students-at-large. Elected members serve one-year terms or until a successor is elected and installed . The Student Senate governs social activities on campus, controls financial matters related to the Student Senate allocated budget , and serves as the formal vehicle for gathering student recommendations on the College’s policies and plans. The Student Senate has overall responsibility for reviewing and monitoring the activities of all student organizations it has recognized.
