Article I - Structure and Decision Making

The shared governance structure of Keuka College is comprised of the following: Board of Trustees, administration, faculty, staff, and students. The Board of Trustees and the administration ensure the College operates in accordance with federal and state regulations , in compliance with accreditation standards. The Board of Trustees maintains a Table of Decision-Making Authority for the College that delineates which stakeholders should have knowledge, can make recommendations, or have approval authority for various operating activities of the College.
