NUR-655 Gender Inclusive Gynecological Health Care
This course focuses on the biological and behavioral phenomena of concern in the care of persons seeking gynecological care. Health promotion, clinical presentation, diagnostic reasoning, evaluation, and management of health needs from adolescence through older adulthood, including pregnancy, are explored. Principles of health assessment, diagnosis, education, advocacy, and evidence-based practice are incorporated in a holistic gender-inclusive approach to provide comprehensive care.
