ORG-455 Personal Values and Organizational Eth †

In this module, adult learners discover and define their own beliefs, values, purpose, moral philosophy, and ethical principles. No particular view or perspective will be prescribed. Because expressing and hearing disagreement are essential team skills, the course also provides adult learners with opportunities to practice skills that will transfer to the workplace.
