HRM-440 Senior Seminar in HRM
The case method technique is used to familiarize future managers with issues that involve designing and administering a system for hiring, advancing, and rewarding workers. The issues covered reflect current concerns of human resource management professionals (e.g., affirmative action, comparable worth, the aging work force, termination, and early retirement). The class functions as a seminar with students leading discussion of topics and cases.
