AEI-275 ENG & ASL Translation

This course examines translations in applied linguistics of English and ASL. Challenges encountered in the translation process between ASL and English will be identified, as well as strategies to manage challenges when translating. Analysis of forms and meanings within English and ASL translations will be emphasized. Students will focus on the development of ASL to English translation skills.
