NUR-451 End of Life Issues
This is a theory based course which explores end-of-life issues with a cultural perspective. These quality of life issues include physical, psychological, and spiritual aspects of dying. Ethical and legal issues, public policy and individual considerations at end of life are examined. Special emphasis is placed on reflective practice and a collaborative team approach to provide holistic care across the lifespan. The student will demonstrate compassion, integrity and curiosity throughout the program study.
