OCC-515 Leadership and Mgmt Issues OCC Therapy

The focus of this course is on the application of current literature in management and leadership to the roles of a manager, consultant, and leader within the traditional and non-traditional practice settings. Students will actively participate in developing case based programming with issues relating to human resources, budgeting, and management.
