BIO-102 Introduction to the Science of Life † *

An introduction to the chemistry of life, to cell and developmental biology and to genetics provides a basis for a survey of the organ systems of humans and other mammals. Some emphasis will be placed on neuroendocrine control and the biology of skeleton and muscle including biomechanics. Not appropriate for natural science majors. Lecture and laboratory.
