Disabled Vehicles
If a vehicle becomes disabled and necessitates it being parked in a non-designated space/lot, the student responsible for the vehicle must immediately notify the campus safety office of the make, model, license number, and location of the vehicle as well as the reason for parking in a non-designated space/lot. The student responsible for that vehicle must make arrangements to move /tow vehicle within 24 hours.
The campus safety office provides a free battery jump service upon request. Vehicle lockouts will be referred to local vendors or, in cases of an emergency, the Yates County Sheriff’s Office at 536-4438.
