Student Handbook 2017-2018

Keuka College ID Card

Students must carry their Keuka College student ID card with them at all times and be prepared to identify themselves by showing their ID card upon request. The student ID card is also required for access to the student’s residence hall, meal/dining plan, and fitness center. Students receive a new ID card at the beginning of every academic year. Resident students who lose their card during non-business hours can obtain a temporary card to access their residence hall through the campus safety office. The temporary card does not allow access to the cafeteria and will be deactivated the next business day. Replacement of lost or damaged cards can be obtained through the student affairs support office. There is a $5 fee for replacing a damaged card if the damaged card is turned in at the time of replacement. A $20 fee is charged for replacing the first lost card and $50 thereafter. Failure to produce an ID card results in disciplinary action. Misrepresenting information, duplicating, or reproducing the ID in any way, or giving to an underage person for the purpose of buying alcohol, is considered a violation subject to discipline.
