Removal from Housing
If a resident student is administratively removed from campus housing due to failure to comply with the Housing Agreement or an assigned sanction through the Community Standards process for a period of time no refund, credit, or adjustment of housing or meal plan fees will be issued for that semester as a result of such removal.
Students who are suspended or expelled from the College, or whose housing privileges are terminated as the result of disciplinary action, shall not be entitled to any refund of tuition, fees, room charges, meal plan charges, or other housing-related costs, regardless of the date of the disciplinary action.
