Any student found responsible for a Student Code of Community Standards violation and who receives an administrative sanction of Disciplinary Probation or higher, will have a notification sent to the Associate Provost and the Director of Athletics, if they are also a student athlete. The notification will include the related sanction(s) and the length of the sanction(s).
When a student appears to be engaging in a Student Code of Community Standards violation in an academic setting, the faculty member should stop the behavior and then report the violation to the Assistant Dean of Students for adjudication. If a faculty member is made aware of a Title IX/NY 129 violation that occurs in an academic setting (on or off campus), they should immediately report this to the Title IX Coordinator.
