Student Handbook 2025-2026

Campus Grounds Access and Usage

The Office of Facilities is responsible for the care and maintenance of all outdoor areas on campus including, but not limited to, lawns, flower beds, walkways and roadways.

Keuka College’s campus grounds are carefully maintained for a variety of uses, including academic, recreational, and aesthetic purposes. The College controls its buildings and grounds to support its educational mission, with specific policies governing their use. As stated, the Office of Facilities maintains the grounds, including mowing, landscaping, snow removal, and event support. The College also has the Jepshon Athletic Complex, Sunset Woods (where the long house, square house and ropes course are located), Assembly North Trail, and lakefront access at Point Neamo and Strong Apartments.

If a student is identified as having been misusing campus grounds and/or in violation of College policy, that student will be documented and taken through the Community Standards process.
