Services Provided
Keuka College is committed to providing support to students, faculty, and staff on the key functions and services listed. In instances where a service is out of the department's scope, they will make an attempt to provide direction or resources for the user to seek their own assistance on the issue. In all instances, security, data integrity, efficiency, resource allocation will be considered when prioritizing projects and services.
Key Functions
- Data Security and Privacy: The department implements Information Security Policies to protect sensitive data from theft, loss, or misuse and provides annual training to ensure the campus community is educated on cybersecurity threats.
- User Support: The department provides extensive support services, including a Service Desk for direct technical assistance. Our professional staff is also available to discuss business solutions to increase efficiency.
- Technology Access: Devices are provided to employees of the College. Students are able to use computers on campus in common areas such as business centers in on-campus housing, computer labs, the library, and other designated areas. All users are provided with a Microsoft 365 Office license.
- Printing Services: The department supports network printing through Find Me Print. The Digital Imaging and Mailing Center provides printing services for a departmental fee.
