Admissions
Keuka College welcomes applicants seeking an education grounded in the liberal arts and dedicated to the benefits of experiential learning. Students interested in the academic, co-curricular, extracurricular, and experiential programs of the College are encouraged to apply for admission. Keuka College accepts domestic and international first-time and transfer candidates for undergraduate and graduate studies.
Candidates for admission must demonstrate the ability, motivation, and readiness for college-level studies. Each candidate is assessed based on individual strengths in relation to the academic programs offered at Keuka College.
Admission is granted without regard to race, sex, gender identity, creed, or national origin. Admitted students must hold a high school diploma or its equivalent. Documents submitted during the application process become the permanent property of Keuka College and cannot be returned to the applicant or forwarded to a third party. Exceptions to policy may be requested in special circumstances. A felony conviction may prohibit acceptance into certain academic programs.
The Admissions Office adheres to the highest professional standards. In compliance with 34 C.F.R. 668, admissions recruiters will never use fraudulent or aggressive recruiting tactics for military students or any other prospective students. These counselors/recruiters will also avoid high-pressure recruitment tactics and will not be compensated for securing military enrollments or any other student enrollments.
Admission requirements are outlined below and may be subject to change. Updated requirements can be found online at www.keuka.edu/apply. Completing the application process does not guarantee admission to the College or the applicant’s desired academic program. Applicants who are U.S. citizens should apply for financial aid by submitting their FAFSA as soon as possible. FAFSA applications can be submitted starting December 1, 2023, for the 2024-25 academic year.
To secure a spot in the incoming class, students must submit an enrollment deposit of $200 by cash, check, or credit card. Deposits are refundable up until May 1, 2024, and while enrollment deposits generally cannot be waived, payment plan options are available. The only condition under which an enrollment deposit is waived is veterans of the U.S. military who are receiving education benefits from the Veterans Administration (VA).
