Occupancy Policy – Students may not have more than double plus one person in their housing assignment (e.g. a room built as a double can have up to five persons).

Courtesy & Quiet Hours Policy – Students must be courteous of others and quiet down when requested.

Appliance/Prohibited Item Policy – Prohibited items include, but are not limited to air conditioners, space heaters, toaster ovens, candles, grills, flammable liquids, extension cords.

Pet(s) Policy – Pets are not allowed in the residence halls. Fish contained in a 20-gallon or smaller tank are permitted.

Hall Sports – Playing with sports equipment and/or playing organized games in the hallway is prohibited.

Roof/Ledge/Exterior Access – Students may not access the roof, ledges, or sides of any building owned by Keuka College. |

Solicitation of Goods/Services – The solicitation of any product, service, or campaign materials is prohibited in the Residence Halls. |

General Uncleanliness - Students are responsible for maintaining their room so that it adheres to health, safety, and sanitation standards. |
