Financial Assistance
The underlying philosophy of financial assistance is that no student should be denied access to a college education solely on the basis of economic constraints. At Keuka College, we adhere to this belief, and for more than 100 years have helped students afford the quality education offered at Keuka College.
Keuka College participates in a number of federal, state, and institutional financial aid programs.
All financial aid programs can be divided into four categories:
- GRANTS - These financial aid programs are gift-type aid not requiring repayment and are offered on a non-discriminatory basis to full-time traditional undergraduate students residing in the residence halls and utilizing the meal plan. Students who have been approved by the College to live off-campus will receive a reduction in their Keuka College aid.
- SCHOLARSHIPS - These are also gifts of aid offered in recognition of academic ability on a racially non-discriminatory basis. Some also may have special requirements such as a major or class year in school. These scholarships are offered to full-time traditional undergraduate students residing in the residence halls and utilizing the meal plan. Students who have been approved by the College to live off-campus will receive a reduction in their Keuka College aid.
- EMPLOYMENT - Employment is available within the College to help students with their educational expenses.
- LOANS - Loans are offered to students with the agreement that they will be repaid.
