Section B - Institutional Mission

B.1 Knowingly supplying false information to any Keuka College official, faculty member, or office.
B.2 Forgery, alteration, or misuse of any Keuka College document, record, or instrument of identification, including student college identification.
B.3 Disruption, interference, tampering with, or obstruction of teaching, research, administration, disciplinary proceedings, Keuka College elections, or other Keuka College activities, including its public service functions.
B.4 Unauthorized representation of Keuka College.
B.5 Possession or use of keys to College facilities without proper authorization.
B.6 Entering Keuka College property or facilities contrary to directives or published policy.
B.7 Failure to comply with the directives of a Keuka College staff, student-staff, or faculty member acting within their official capacity.
B.8 Violation of computer software copyright laws and/or acceptable user/network policy, compromising the integrity of College computer facilities.
B.9 Violation of the Field Period® contract.
B.10 Conduct that is in violations of federal, state, or local law.
